The Farm House (10) is a character holiday let with 5 bedrooms (1 main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, TV and hairdryer, two further double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms).

This 17th Century Devon long house is filled with traditional features, including an Inglenook fireplace, Aga, and mezzanine balcony.

It has three bathrooms, conservatory, large enclosed garden, outside private luxury hot tub (*charges apply), double garage and magnificent views from most of the principal views and patio.

The house is fully equipped, including a 40″ TV with Sky, DVD and music speaker in the spacious lounge, with wood burner; a cottage style kitchen and large range master cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave.  

The mezzanine area is set up with desk, additional seating TV and there is wifi broadband connection throughout.

The Aga in the dining room can be prepared for your arrival at an extra fee, otherwise there is the kitchen range cooker for cooking.

*Hot tub charge is £325 for a short break or £400 for a full weeks hire.
