The Farm House (sleeps 10) is a luxuriously appointed 5 bedroom 17th Century Devon long house, with a large enclosed garden and its own private hot tub. Filled with character and charm with an inglenook fireplace and conservatory. Ground Floor bedroom and bathroom for the less mobile and sizeable lounge with separate dining room. Private hot tub available to hire.

Oak Tree Cottage (6) is a three bedroom, two bathroom, two storey house with magnificent distant views, accessed off a car free central courtyard. Lounge with separate dining room, wood burner, ground floor bedroom with bathroom, and can be let with the Farmhouse that sleeps 10.

The Long House is our Farm House which has been extended to include Oaktree Cottage, sleeping 16 in 8 bedrooms, and having five bathrooms. The conservatory leads out from the country kitchen to a patio looking out to a large enclosed private garden laid to lawn. There is a hot tub on the patio (hire charges apply) together with garden seating where you can enjoy magnificent views.

Coshes Garden (5) is a single storey, two-bedroom cottage, accessed off a car free pretty central courtyard. Wood burner, fully equipped kitchen, private garden with far reaching views.

Cinders Cottage (6) is a three bedroom, single storey cottage retaining beamed ceilings and part stone walls, accessed off a car free central courtyard. Own garden with far reaching views, fully equipped kitchen and wood burner.

Stable Cottage (6) single storey cottage with large conservatory makes this a lovely roomy cottage with lots of space for the family. With wonderful views from the conservatory, its own garden and wood burner. Accessed off a charming car free courtyard.

Carp Lodge (6) a bright and spacious, two bedroom wooden lodge with a large kitchen, there is a large lounge/dining and covered veranda and lovely views over Home Lake. Single storey and only available from April to Sept/October.

Lake Cottage (4) is a charming cottage with lake views from each window. It is ideal for fishermen as it is only 30 meters from Home Lake. Wood burner and fully fitted kitchen.

Swallow Cottage (2) is a comfortable cottage situated within the central court yard and is ideal for fishermen being only 50 meters from Home lake. Separate kitchen and covered verandah looking out to Home Lake.
